Leslie Tay is an Associate in CMS’ corporate team. He has experience in advising private equity and venture capital investors and start-ups in international and domestic M&A transactions, and corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to being called to the Singapore bar in 2021, Leslie completed his practice training with CMS’ corporate and TMIC team, and has assisted with regional and domestic data protection matters.
