Sophie Tan is a Singapore qualified Associate in the Corporate team at Holborn Law LLC, a member of the CMS Holborn Asia formal law alliance with CMS Singapore. She graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2023. She has experience in advising private equity and venture capital investors and start-ups in international and domestic M&A transactions, fundraisings and general corporate matters.
