Sophie is a Singapore qualified Associate in CMS' corporate team. She graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2023. She has experience in advising private equity and venture capital investors and start-ups in international and domestic M&A transactions, fundraisings and general corporate matters.
